How can we help?
Email [email protected]. A person reads every message.
What to include
- The Busmark version and build (Settings › About)
- Your device and its iOS or iPadOS version
- What you did, what you expected and what happened
- If a result looks wrong, the inputs, or the Busmark file for that project or Quick Calc
Reporting a reference value
If a value in a reference table disagrees with your code book or manufacturer data, tell us the table name (Library › Reference Tables), the row, the value you expected and its source. You can correct the value in the app yourself at any time; the table is then marked Edited.
Files and sharing
Export from a project's Export menu or a Quick Calc's share button: PDF report, fault current label, CSV tables or a Busmark file.
Import by opening a .busmark or .json file from Files, Mail or AirDrop and choosing Busmark. Imports are checked field by field and recalculated; a project with the same name is kept alongside yours unless you choose otherwise.
Disclaimer
Busmark performs engineering calculations with the methods and reference data described in its Methodology Guide. Results are estimates. They do not replace engineering judgment, the code edition adopted by the authority having jurisdiction, or manufacturer data. You are responsible for verifying every result before you rely on it.
Before launch
Busmark is not on the App Store yet. To hear the day it is, email [email protected].
